Yoga Mudra 

The word “mudra” means gesture. Yoga mudras are hand positions that can benefit your health by guiding circulation and energy to specific areas of the body and mind. This class will take place with participants seated in chairs; no yoga clothes or items required. This is yoga anyone can enjoy! Join us to experience a wide variety of gentle yet effective mudras.  

Qigong  

Qi means “life energy” and gong means “daily effort”; Qigong focuses life energy for different purposes, including self-healing. Zhineng Qigong consists of an easy-flowing series of movements combined with “intention” to gently open the power of the mind and heart to induce healing, cultivate wisdom, and balance our physical and energetic systems to invite joy into our lives.

Mindfulness Meditation 

Mindfulness meditation practice couldn’t be simpler: take a good seat, pay attention to the breath, and when your attention wanders, return. By following these simple steps, you can get to know yourself up close and personal.
