Support for Caregivers

The impact of a cancer diagnosis extends to spouses, partners, siblings, children, and friends. Taking on the role of the caregiver is new to many and can be overwhelming, exhausting, and challenging.

We're here to help. 

At Cancer Support Community, all of our programs are open to caregivers at no cost. This includes our stress-management programs, cooking & nutrition programs, counseling, yoga classes, healing tai chi, support groups, educational workshops, and more.

How do I get started? 

In order to participate in most of our programs you need to attend a newcomer welcome session.

Newcomer Welcome is a one-time orientation for all newcomers to attend before participating in programming at Cancer Support Community. During this introductory session, you will learn about our programs and services and receive a Personal Care Plan. Newcomer Welcome appointments are every Tuesday at noon and every Wednesday at 5:30 pm. Click here to view the calendar and register for a Newcomer Welcome Session.
