A cancer diagnosis can create stress that touches every part of daily life. The Empower Program helps by providing practical support for individuals and families impacted by cancer. We work with those currently in treatment, caregivers supporting loved ones through cancer, individuals grieving a recent loss to cancer, and families navigating pediatric cancer.  Our Community Health Workers (CHWs) take time to meet with clients, understand their needs, and build strong, supportive connections. They assist with resource navigation, referrals to local services, and help reduce the social and financial challenges that often come with a diagnosis.
